Job Description
Job Summary:
A Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform. They work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Create and maintain workflows, process automation, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Deploy Salesforce changes using DevOps tools and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and support end users.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (requirements may vary by organization).

- Apex programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL and SOSL
- Salesforce Security Model
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce App Builder
Desired Experience
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and enterprise CRM systems.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
